Attacks on IVF
Since a controversial Alabama Supreme Court ruling earlier this year, access to in vitro fertilization (IVF) has been at the forefront of conversations about reproductive freedom. Many anti-abortion leaders and organizations have made it clear that they want to ban IVF outright and have urged politicians not to pass legislation that would protect IVF care. [1, 2]
On this webinar, we’ll discuss the role of IVF access in the broader reproductive justice movement, including the barriers to IVF faced by patients across the country. We’ll highlight the work of IVF advocates and discuss what the future may hold for IVF access and legislation.
