Reproaction's vision is to uphold abortion rights and advance reproductive justice as a matter of human dignity. We introduce a new culture of accountability, and empower and inspire the reproductive rights movement and the broader progressive community to openly and enthusiastically stand up for abortion rights.

We are a national, all-virtual organization headquartered in the national capital region with full-time staff in Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Wisconsin.
Reproaction is led by Erin Matson, co-founder and executive director, who works closely with an Advisory Council, of which co-founder Pamela Merritt serves as honorary chair.
