A Recap of the 11/30 Stop Anti-Abortion Terrorism Vigil

On November 30, Reproaction held a vigil at the United States Supreme Court. Over 100 people gathered to remember the three people murdered and nine others wounded when a gunman targeted a Planned Parenthood health center in Colorado Springs, and to honor all victims and survivors of anti-abortion harassment, violence, and terrorism. We would like to thank everyone who was able to attend the vigil. Special thanks to NARAL Pro-Choice America for partnership, and our speakers Rep. Schakowsky (D-IL), Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IN), Mitchell Stile from NARAL, and Kersha Deibel-Trotter from PPFA.
Every day and all over this country, doctors, clinic staff, patients, and clinic escorts wade through harassment and worse.
1 in 3 women will have abortions, and they are doing nothing wrong.
Abortion is basic healthcare and a basic right.
Women need to be able to control whether and when to have children in order to have dignity and be equal, period.
Enough is enough.
Let’s demand an end to abortion terrorism and harassment.
