Recognized for moving the Overton window on abortion, Reproaction leads bold action to increase access to abortion and advance reproductive justice. We envision a world without opposition to abortion. Our primary strategies include opposition research, strategic communications, and direct action. We are not your typical non-profit.
Reproaction is national in scope, and based in the national capital region. Our full-time staff live across the United States. We are a great place to work. We are committed to racial justice.
Reproaction is led by Erin Matson, who co-founded the organization with Pamela Merritt. Erin works closely with an Advisory Council. Learn more about our executive leadership.
