Reproaction co-founder and co-director Erin Matson participated in a call-in press conference hosted by NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia, moderated by its executive director Tarina Keene. Other speakers included Gaby Garcia-Vera, states program manager of Catholics for Choice, Dr. Sara Imershein, OB-GYN, and Alicia Hupprich, an abortion storyteller. The call discussed the inflammatory, misinformation being spread by anti-abortion politicians in Virginia, the need for medical experts – not politicians – to provide care for patients, how further restrictions only serve to harm patients, and the vital necessity of abortion access and the importance of holding legislatures accountable to protecting and expanding access to reproductive freedom for all Virginians.

Wade and how it puts women at risk.
